Everything was fine with hotel only room was very warm during day and night.

This is a very central, very well priced hotel. The breakfasts are excellent buffet style and our room was recently decorated and had all the facilities you would expect. I would rate this a 3/4 star hotel.

Converted student hall with cramped accommodation. Noisy. The only redeeming feature is its proximity to the Manchester Conference Centre which is in the same building. Would I recommend it? No.

In a good central location and good modern facilities. Would definitely use again.

The hotel was in a good position to the City Centre, but right in the middle of a student living area for the universities, our room was around the square area where all the students come in at all hours, so didn't get much sleep, the staff were ok, but nothing special, but the facilities were probably the best thing, and also the Car Park next door, only £4.00 overnight on a Saturday.

Excellent hotel. Very clean with friendly staff throughout. Good variety of breakfast, hot & cold food,cereal, fruit etc. Will stay there again.

Proceed under railway bridge continuing on the A57M (Mancunian Way), take 2nd exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Days Hotel Manchester City on left.

SOUTH
From South via M6 leave at Exit#19 and follow A556 Manchester for 4 miles. Join M56 at roundabout and follow to end of motorway following signs for A5103 MANCHESTER for 4 Miles. At roundabout take 3rd exit following A57M SHEFFIELD. Next roundabout take 2nd exit onto flyover take exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Days Hotel Manchester City on left.

EAST
East via M62/M60 leave at Exit#17 M60 MANCHESTER CITY CENTER; follow A56 towards Manchester for 4 Miles (Bury New Road to Great Ducie Street). Stay on A56 onto Deangate. After passing Kendals turn left at lights onto John Dalton Street. At next lights road becomes Princess Street. Stay on this road for 1/2 mile, pass under railway bridge and turn immediately.

WEST
From West on M62 leave at Exit#12 and join M602 SALFORD. At end of Motorway follow M67 MANCHESTER (Regent Road) for approx 1 mile; proceed under railway bridge continuing on the A57M (Mancunian Way); take 2nd exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Days Hotel Manchester City on left.

From the Airport
Follow signs for M56 and follow motorway to the end following signs for A5103 MANCHESTER for 4 miles. At roundabout take 3rd exit following A57M SHEFFIELD. Next roundabout take 2nd exit onto flyover, take exit signed UMIST. Immediately fork right. Days Hotel Manchester City on left.
