A new and well sized hotel in a convenient part of Bristol. the room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

We had an excellent weekend stay at the Novotel. The rooms are large and have modern decor. The shower room was perhaps a little small, but the shower was big! Everything was sparkling clean and housekeeping was very good. Free parking was a bonus in the city centre and we could walk to the harbour areas and eateries in 5 to 10 minutes and the shops a similar walk in a different direction. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very enjoyable. We had a bar meal which was good too. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We were delighted with the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel epitomises the Novotel brand, you get exactly that. A decent hotel that is clean, roomy and a good backdrop for business or holiday. Very good breakfast for a hotel buffet.

Excellent staff and very easy check in. We had a very good nights sleep no disturbances of any kind. Breakfast was fantastic.!

Enjoyed our stay in. Centrally located. Quiet area. Just 5 mins walk from central Bristol. Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast really good. Staff very friendly. Will stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights and I can't fault it, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was great and a good selection for breakfast. The rooms were a nice size and had everything you could wish for. Plus free parking. I will stay again when in Bristol.
