The hotel needs a lick of paint and the windows have been screwed shut and they need repairing. The floor layout is up and down to get to some rooms. Service is average the breakfast was warm. Stay was average.

The Preston Park Hotel Brighton is located just 5 minutes walk from Brighton Preston Park Station. The hotel is 20 minutes from historic Lewes with Lewes Castle, the famous Oriental Gardens and Anne of Cleves House. Five minutes drive from the hotel is the famous Devils Dyke, with excellent views, pubs and golf courses.

Rooms
The hotel has 33 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a choice of smoking or non smoking rooms.
