It was a pity that the hotel had no record of my reservation, even though the receptionist remembers seeing it. But they did not cause any hassle, just checked me in and took my receipt for the deposit I paid.

A well located hotel within comfortable walking distance to the sea and Bournemouth Town Centre. Our room was spacious, spotless bed linen and lovely big bath towels, large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of juices,cereals and hot food. Staff were attentive and very polite. in the evening was keenly priced and good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, will stay there again in the future.

The bathroom was very dirty - dirty toilet and bath. The bathroom accessories kept falling off the wall. Not all the lights in the bedroom worked. Breakfast and staff - very good.

Really enjoyed my stay. I had a brilliant time. The room was very 70s but we only slept there. The pool was brilliant and the hotel services and breakfasts were first class. Well done! Great hotel for the old folks or a couple looking for a quiet weekend away from work.
