King's Head Hotel Wimborne Minster

Regarding service, for the last 2 visits the key for the room allocated was missing, and the room had to be changed, prolonging check-in. Service at breakfast was generally acceptable except on Easter Sunday when the only 2 girls serving were overwhelmed because of the numbers of guests. I protested on check-out but was told it often happens when too many guests require breakfast at the same time.
