Hermitage Hotel Bournemouth

Service at breakfast was a bit slow, they were obviously understaffed. The portions were small. The room was well-maintained, had a homey feel to it, very clean bathroom. The minor let down was it wasn't air-conditioned (rather hot), we had to leave the windows open at night and was woken up by drunk people messing about on the streets at 3 am.

A "traditional seaside" hotel. We've been staying there for many years now and probably will for years to come! It's a perfect location and a real bonus if you can get an upper sea view room.

Great hotel. In the middle of city centre and one hundred and fifty meters from the beach. Highly recommended!!!

Location
Situated in the heart of Bournemouth's vibrant town centre. With direct access to the lower gardens and glorious beach the hotel is the ideal venue for a holiday, business trip, or simply a relaxing short break. Motorists should follow directions for the Bournemouth seafront and BIC, hotel situated directly opposite both.

Rooms
All rooms are traditionally designed and all in good condition as are the bathrooms. All rooms have offer WiFi (wireless access) and colour Satilite TV with select free view available throughout the rooms. A lift is available to all floors and most rooms command spectacular views over the bay to the Isle of Wight.

Food & Drink
The hotel offers the finest standard of cuisine and service of a La Carte or table D'Hote in a traditional atmosphere complemented by elegant oak panelling and crystal chandeliers. An extremely charming restaurant.

General
With on site parking the hotel enjoys an unrivalled location with the advantage of excellent road, rail and air links. A good quality hotel. The hotel is best approached from the main Bournemouth by pass the A388 Wessex Way.

Parking
68 car spaces are available, however we do not guarantee car parking when the hotel is fully booked.

By Road
Follow signs to Bournemouth, along the A338 from Ringwood or the A35 from Poole. When in Bournemouth follow the signs for Bournemouth Pier and Beaches or the Bournemouth International Centre.
