The hotel is obviously in need of a face-lift, as it is rather run down ! However, they compensate with their good front desk service and decent food at the restaurant ( both breakfast and dinner ). It is about 10 mins. walking distance to the pier and park, and there's ample multi-storey parking space at the hotel. Price-wise, would rate as average, since the rooms are small, and with windows opened during summer, the traffic noise does come through ! Would recommend not to stay more than 1 night, if modern comforts is your priority.

My only complaint would be that I paid for a superior room with a jacuzzi bath, which did not work.

It had recently had had a refurbishment since my partner last stayed there and looked much better. The room itself was nice (if a little small) however the bathroom was in desperate need of updating. All in all not bad for the price however.
