Bath room needs re decorating and toilet pan was cracked Room was clean and tidy but has a smell of cigarettes

This isn't really a complaint as I am usually cold in hotels and appreciate a bit of heat but it was unusually warm and just a little bit uncomfortable during the night. Also, the hotel restaurant closed at 8pm which we felt was a little early as we had to travel after work on Friday evening and by the time we arrived had missed the evening meal. However, breakfast was lovely and only added to our disappointment that we had missed dinner!

Totally unrated! Never had such poor customer service! Room standard was poor! Stayed in a bed and breakfast that was of higher standards than a 3 star hotel!

Staff are not very customer friendly and need retraining. Light in bathroom was not working properly. Odd curtains in the bedroom that were also ripped. Windows needed cleaning. They even had clean me written on the outside!

Like to say that the hotel was of basic accommodation, food average location could be closer to the town. Its on the outskirts of blackpool in fleetwood.

Would recommend this as a good value, comfortable stay. All 400+ rooms where full, but we felt like we where on our own. Great job Norbreck Castle.

Location
The hotel takes pride of place overlooking the north bay of Blackpool, with impressive views along the vast shoreline of Lancashire.

Rooms
The rooms although dated are clean and fully functional with all the usual amenities one would expect from a superior tourist hotel. Many of the rooms have spectacular views across the sea front. All are ensuite with direct dial phone, t.v, tea/coffee making facilities.

Food & Drink
The restaurant has stunning views over looking the sea. It is quite basic in design but fully functional and in good condition. It offers an extensive choice of hot and cold dishes. Wake up to breakfast served in the restaurant and conservatory and later enjoy a sumptuous evening meal from either the set menu or Carvery.

General
The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that emphasizes friendly and hospitable service. It also has an excellent leisure centre. The hotel hosts entertainers all season long as well as having a disco in the hotel. The hotel has an indoor heated swimming pool located on the ground floor.

The Norbreck Castle is an ideal Blackpool family hotel providing plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike. The exclusive 36-seater hotel cinema plays a number of children’s films and cartoons.

Functions
The hotel has extensive conference facilities and is in fact the UK's largest integrated hotel exhibition and conference venue.

Driving
Follow the M55 to Blackpool., Head for the Seafront/Promenade, Head North on the Promenade (with the sea on your left), The hotel is approximately 3 miles on the right (just past Bispham).
