Computer system was down, bathroom sink was cracked, trouser press didn't work, leisure club good, staff very helpful, an enjoyable stay.

Booked meeting in my suite and ordered breakfast for 08.00. It never came and they said it hadn't been ordered. They eventually found slip and I had omitted to put time on request - so instead of contacting me to check time they just ignored it! Couldn't go to restaurant as too full due to a conference. Had breakfast in room after 09.00! Otherwise a very good stay.

Location
This hotel is set in the leafy suburbs of Solihull just a short walk from the town centre. It is four miles from the national exhibition centre and international airport and ten miles from Birmingham.

It is also an excellent base from which to visit many of England's best loved tourist attractions, including Warwick Castle, Coventry Cathedral, the Cotswolds and Stratford Upon Avon. This hotel is nearby to the Sea Life Centre, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and also Cadbury World.

Rooms
The bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities are large in size and pleasantly decorated. There are connecting rooms which are particularly beneficial to families and several ground floor bedrooms which have been specifically designed for disabled guests. Rooms are all in good condition.

Food & Drink
The restaurant enjoys a local reputation for good food with a wide choice of dishes,ranging from the traditional English to the classical French. The bar serves a wide selection of lunchtime snacks.

General
