Hotel bar (very nice) but prices were a bit expensive - nice to relax in, though. Excellent breakfast, choice, quality (must have the poached eggs!). Location perfect for City visiting, right next to Bus Station with buses to Airport every 10-15 mins. The Crown pub opposite is a MUST SEE.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Europa, however were very disappointed with the cleaners as they walked into my room at 8.20am whilst I was still sleeping! An hour later whilst I was in the bath and then knocked again during the morning to find out when I was going to be checking out.

A little out of the centre but still only 5 minutes walk, staff very helpful and know the local highlights. Whilst there try the Crown opposite!

The hotel was very good apart from the building work at the end of the landing which covered everything in dust. My clothes were covered in carpet fibers which could not be brushed off.
