Ideal location as an airport hotel, and is very clean. But the service is about the average.

Small room but has everything. very clean. good service. asked for a quiet room and it was quiet. $15 breakfast was not that good. 10 minutes walk to Kings St, where's plenty restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our one night stay (on two occasions). Additional benefit was the facility to leave suitcases for a short period.

Good and comfortable hotel. As shuttle from airport to hotel is complimentary, so it should be same for return and 5 dollars should not be charged (rather adjusted somewhere).

The staff were exceptionally courteous, helpful, professional and polite. It was a lovely, refreshing experience to stay at the Ibis and I would highly recommend a stay at the Ibis while visiting Sydney or when requiring a stopover point when travelling. Well done!
