Great hotel, fabulous location and the guys on the Concierge Desk were the best ever, they were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Also, the beds in this hotel are the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, worth going back just for the great nights sleep. We even tried to find the name of the mattress! A fabulous three days, I'll be back.

Always a pleasant stay at The Grace, super comfy beds and friendly (though somewhat stressed this time) staff. Great location for exploring the whole of Sydney, and easy access to everything. Large rooms and a great power shower (though the old shower above the bath with clinging curtain is a bit old fashioned..). The rooms could definitely do with new TV's and a wider channel selection though.

Entrance/foyer very beautiful and welcoming. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean-lined and minimalist. Some unidentified, early-morning repetitive knocking noise (maybe pipes or washing machine?)

Hi, I visited the Grace Hotel last week whilst undertaking business in Sydney. I was particularly impressed with the service and vibrant attitude of many of your employees, specifically front desk reception, porters and wait staff at the street level cafe. Cleaning of my room was exceptional. I must also say that I had one of the best nights sleep in your bed too! I also used your sauna and spa facilities, which I enjoyed.

Great hotel, excellent location. Downfall is that the restaurant was closed, even though it was a Saturday night. Cafe was open but with a limited menu.

Without being overcritical, reception staff seemed a bit cool. Not that I expect to be treated like royalty, but a smile, rather than a '7/11 here's your item, now move along' was accepted, which could have been improved. Maybe I'm too picky...we had stayed before and overall, the hotel decor, service and pricing is great! Bed was too soft though...the prices for breakfast and movies were a tad high...cmon..29 bucks for breakfast? That's what we usually get for 2 people! I appreciate margins & etc. but is way to much to ask, unless you are dealing with corporate who will pay most of the time (last time I stayed was corporate, this time - personal as we enjoyed the hotel so much). 8.5 out of 10 overall scoring! Great! We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite with a great bath. Will be telling all my mates who travel to sydney for business to stay here. The bed was the best!

It was a lovely quiet and cool room, spacious, beautiful sheets, comfy bed. Convenient cafe for breakfast and coffee. Good gym and health facilities. Great rate.

I personally feel that the Grace Hotel is exceptional value for the ambience, cleanliness and overall level of service that I received and enjoyed during my recent but short stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to any potential guest and I feel that its location in the heart of Sydney CBD provides easy access to the myriad of shopping and eating venues.

First time we had stayed at this hotel. Would stay again. Liked the old world charm of the common areas. Beds excellent. Gym equipment could be updated but other facilities were good. Great location & breakfast.
