The location of the Bayview Boulevard is excellent, particularly if you have a vehicle. Access to the motorway north and the airport are very handy, and the parking facility is great also. The rooms appear to be being upgraded and we were impressed with them. The rooms with the city view were equally as good as the harbour view room we were given.

Massively overpriced, staff not understanding English, got a double room when we booked a twin, the staff really have no idea whatsoever. Great view and location the only redeeming qualities. Would stay here again, but only at a massively reduced rate.

When we first checked in we had been in our room about 15mins when housekeeping unlocked and entered our room unannounced, for the reason that we did not have a bath mat (we where not as yet aware of that fact) We had housekeeping knocking on our door warning to clean our room at 8am, check out was at 11am(we only stayed one night), even though we had the do not disturb sign hanging out.

A well-situated property close to most facilities. The hotel is a little tired but I understand renovations are taking place and this will improve the hotel.
