1. The staff were helpful,friendly and exceptionally good. Rooms spotless. We ate room service breakfast , dining room breakfast and dinner ..all magnificent meals.. The homely fire in the lounge , the staff who could not do enough for us ..beautifully decorated rooms.. no problem giving the hotel the highest praise and recommendation . Also very central in walking distance of all city venues.

2. It was pretty good. Room was too small. Loved the restaurant. High speed internet was always down. I would give it 3 stars. Hangers were not up to par. This was very inconvenient.

3. Majestic presentation. Olde Worlde decor with modern format. Ideal for conventions/meetings. Centrally located within the CBD. Centre of town within easy walking distance.

Getting There & Parking

Located on the right-hand side of Murray Street, between Collins and Macquarie streets, opposite St David's Cathedral.
Complimentary, under cover car parking is available at the rear of the hotel. We recommend hotel guests to come to the front of the hotel to check in at reception, prior to accessing the hotel car park.

Things To See & Do

Hobart's famous Constitution Dock and Victoria Dock are a short walk away from the hotel.
Nearby, historic Sullivans Cove has significant heritage buildings, among them the Tasmanian Distillery and Museum.
