1. I thought that the internet description and pictures exaggerated the level of
the hotel. I found it to be at the low end of acceptable, but clean and
friendly. Its location was poor and the restaurant/entertainment was at the low
end of acceptable. The other hotels in Airlie Beach were far superior and no
more expensive.

- Travelling by car, turn off at the Airlie Beach exit on the Bruce Highway at the township of Proserpine. Follow Shute Harbour Road into Airlie Beach. Comfort Resort Club Crocodile Airlie Beach is located on the right-hand side of Shute Harbour Road, 2km before Airlie Beach's main business district.
- Comfort Resort Club Crocodile Airlie Beach is accessible by train, departure point is Proserpine Railway Station.
- Whitsunday Transit Buses meet every arriving train and will drop all guests to the front reception of the resort, for an additional cost.
- Arriving by plane at Whitsunday Airport in Proserpine is a 20 minute drive from the resort. Buses and taxis meet all arriving flights.
- All major bus companies arrive and depart from Airlie Beach. The bus depot is only a five minute taxi fare away from the resort.
- The resort caters for 150 vehicles on site, with facilities for buses, trailers, boats, caravans, etc.
- All parking is available for free.
